Selection of Environmental Testing Method Standards for Methane Non Methane Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer
Product details

Environmental detection method for methane non methane total hydrocarbon analyzerStandard selection

The Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering GB50325-2010 (2013 edition) is a mandatory national standard that must be enforced; The Indoor Air Quality Standard GB/T18883-2002 is a sexual standard and a non mandatory legal regulation. It only has a mandatory effect when both parties to the contract agree in the agreement to meet the standards. Consumers should conduct indoor air quality testing in accordance with the "Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering" GB50325-2010 (2013 edition) at least seven days after the completion of the decoration project and before use. If furniture is in place or after a period of occupancy, indoor air quality testing should be conducted in accordance with the "Indoor Air Quality Standard" GB/T18883-2002.

Environmental detection method for methane non methane total hydrocarbon analyzerRequirements for indoor air testing

1. Representativeness: The sampling time, sampling location, and sampling method must comply with relevant regulations, so that the collected samples can reflect the overall situation.

2. Integrity: It mainly emphasizes that the implementation of the testing plan should be complete, that is, the sampling quantity and the integrity, systematicity, and continuity of the measured data must be ensured according to the plan.

3. Comparability: It is required that the measurement results of the same sample between laboratories or within the same laboratory be comparable to each other.

4. Accuracy: The degree of conformity between measured values and actual values.

5. Precision: The measured values have good repeatability and reproducibility.

centreDetermination of detection points

When the usable area of the room is less than 30 square meters, the number of detection points is 1;

When the usable area of the room is ≥ 30 square meters and<60 square meters, the number of detection points is 2;

When the usable area of the room is ≥ 60 square meters and<100 square meters, the number of detection points shall not be less than 3.

Generally, indoor decoration air testing mainly involves the following steps: collecting samples

*Step by step, sampling. First, select monitoring points in the area to be tested, usually in areas with concentrated pollution sources, for sample collection. Then, remove the detector, install the instrument, and turn on the power.

Step 2, take out the phenol reagent kit and water solution, put the aqueous solution into the phenol reagent, shake for 20 seconds, and mix well.

Step three, put the shaken reagents into a bubble flask, remove the formaldehyde and PM2.5 detection tubes, insert them into the corresponding gas ports of the instrument, and set the time.

Step 4: Activate the detection button and adjust the air flow sampler to the 1000ml position for 10 minutes to perform air sampling.

Step 5: After sampling is complete, pour the color developing solution into a bubble flask and let it stand for 10 minutes (without holding hands). Pour the colored liquid into a 5ml U-shaped glass color developing tube, and remove the benzene and TVOC test tubes, both labeled
